Clients reviews about Poppy's Prams

Super happy with the service provided. I used Primrose Prams to Deluxe clean my pram and car seat as they were in a state. They now feel like new, I wish I did it sooner. I dropped the pieces at their West Hampstead location and kindly they dropped it back to me without an added cost. It’s hard to tell because there is no before photo, but the car seat is immaculate. Will definitely be using again ! ~ Mary E

Efficient and Speedy service. My stroller came back looking brand new, with every corner thoroughly cleaned and even managed to remove stubborn stains I thought were permanent. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, and their customer service was top-notch. Highly recommended for busy parents who want their prams spotless without the hassle! ~ John e

We are so pleased with our pram! We were Gifted a pram by a family member but it was a bit dirty and had a few mechanical issues. We sent it to Primrose Prams and are blown away by the service. For a reasonable price the pram was fixed and cleaned and now is like brand new. Our baby loves being taken around in it. Could not recommend more. ~ Geri S

We had some faults with a used pram we bought and they knew exactly what was wrong just from a phone call. Collected from our door, ordered the parts, repaired and deep cleaned in no time at all. Great service and team! ~ elliot k
